We continue to maintain a comprehensive safety and health program for all employees administered by a full time Safety Manager along with a full time field safety engineer.

The safety program includes our Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) in which you will find topics addressing Excavations and Trenches, Confined Spaces, Fall Protection, along with numerous others.

As a Company, we will either meet or exceed current regulations as found in the Cal/OSHA General Industry and Construction Standards.

Each new employee is required to complete and pass a deeply involved Computer Based Training program covering industry standard topics. In addition, all employees in a Supervisory position will hold at a minimum a Cal/OSHA 10 hour Construction card.

Our "Incident Rates" are consistently better than industry averages.
